RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to health and hygiene we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of body jewellery or piercing jewellery. This includes Earrings/ Nose and Ear studs/ Nose and Ear Hoops/ Surgical Steel Body Jewellery.
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives to you faulty we will require photographic evidence and proceed accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged by the customer.
